2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 tsp Harissa spice blend, cayenne or any seasoning
2 Bunch chopped Collard Greens, half green cabbage, or any leafy veg
1-2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Water
Heat a pan on medium heat
Add olive oil, garlic and sauté, add you choice of seasoning
Add chopped veg and water, cook for 15 minutes
Add salt and check for taste, add lemon juice (optional)
