Sukuma Wiki Recipe

SUKUMA WIKI (Sautéed Vegetables)

Cook Time: 15 Minutes

Servings: 4-5 servings


2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 tsp Harissa  spice blend, cayenne or any seasoning
2 Bunch chopped Collard Greens ,half  green cabbage, or any leafy veg
1-2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Water


  1. Heat a pan on medium heat
  2. Add olive oil, garlic and sauté, add you choice of seasoning
  3. Add chopped veg and water, cook for 15 minutes 
  4. Add salt and check for taste, add lemon juice (optional)
